Honestly, DXRacer has been amazing! The chair is so comfortable, It’s perfect for both working from home and gaming. It arrived in perfect condition, and I’m seriously 100% happy with it. The setup was super easy thanks to clear instructions. I had a small issue with the delivery, but their customer service was super easy to reach and really helped me out. All in all, amazing product and great support. Totally recommend it!

I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. I really love the variety of themed chairs DXRacer offers. So far, the materials have been great, no discoloration on the PU leather, the stitching is still intact, and the memory cushions haven’t lost their shape. Overall, it’s an excellent-looking chair, and the build quality definitely lives up to the hype.
