Very comfortable chair overall, been using it for the past month now and can say being able to recline is an absolute game changer. One small thing i have to complain about with this chair specifically is that the armrests are a little dense and uncomfortable, but you can move them in multiple directions giving you the best chance of being the most comfortable. Overall i would give this chair a 9/10

I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. Love it. Got this for work and it is a good buy. I definitely recommend this.
