The wheels don't make any noise and so far don't scratch the floor. The headrest and backrest can be adjusted to the height you want, which is very useful if you spend a lot of time sitting in the chair.

I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. I am not disappointed. The chair is very comfortable. I can make several adjustments to fit my needs. The assembly was easy and easy to follow.
