Extremely quick delivery, feels like a quality product. Being a larger person, i don't feel like this is "going to break any second" like some other chairs ive used. Pillows are firmer than expected.

The chair itself is decently comfortable, and I was initially satisfied. The chair itself is for my son who is 6'1" and he loves how the chair fits him. The headrest and curves in the back of the chair are built for someone his height. The armrests also adjust which is a bonus.

I ordered this chair last Month, it came earlier before the date stated on the website, so really happy and surprised at the extremely quick service. Put it together so quickly on my own. Extremely comfortable so hopefully my long days on the computer will be so much easier on my body.
