I got this chair and it came in perfect condition. The shipping box was a little beat up so I was worried what I would find, but everything was well protected and there was no damage at all. EWIN actually has a great youtube video on assembling it that was helpful, but it's pretty straight forward. This is my first gaming chair and I've put in several hours on it so far and it's super comfortable. I like that it can recline all the way back as well.
