I like the chair, however, having a separate cushion for the lumbar support doesn't really work well. It fell over every time I got up. There should be lumbar support built into the back of the chair. I also had to add an ergonomic seat cushion because the seat was very hard. This solved the issue of the lumbar support falling down when I got up because I tucked it behind the seat cushion to hold it in place, but the lumbar support at that low height resting directly on the chair is way too low for a proper lumbar support. It would be well worth paying more for a chair with the lumbar support in the chair and a much softer seat cushion. I like the way the rest of the chair functions, such as the arm rests and way the sides of the chair wrap around.

 This chair is sooo comfy! Just sitting on the seat, which is not too soft nor too firm is a wonderful experience.

The chair's functionality is top-notch. The height and armrest adjustments help me maintain a healthy posture and reduce stress on my neck and shoulders. It allows me to customize it according to my preferences.
