The chair is very well built and seems durable. I bought this for my 9 year old son. The chair is firm and the included pillows can be used to improve the ergonomics.

I agree with the 5-star reviews. High-quality chair. The heavyweight alone and the large size of the box make a good impression. Quick and easy to assemble. Very smooth-running castors. Everything is adjustable.
