Easy to put together and comes with allen wrench needed, very sturdy and material is much better than expected. Im about 5'6 on a good day so works fine for me, I'd say if you were any taller get the next size up. I would say if I had any concern about the longevity of the chair it would be the wheels over time coming loose as they just kinda go in with little effort or popping in.
