Firm padded seat and back but vey comfortable. lumbar and head cushion an added benefit. The wheel are OK but can easily be changed out and upgraded.

Really nice quality chair for the money. It's very comfortable, easy to put together, and well-designed. This feels better than the office chair that I spent double the price on.

But now I'm realizing it: This chair wants to make me healthy! Lumbar cushions, neck cushions... Things you don't find on a normal office chair! Comfortable, supportive... unusual! My body has always been more "hunchback at the top, hollow back at the bottom"! Now the chair is trying to correct both!
