I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. The chair is comfortable and has a lot of useful features. It's much better in real life than in the pictures. It looks great. I would suggest this chair.

This was my first experience purchasing from Dxracer and it was a 5 star experience from start to finish. I purchased the Craft in Black White and it is amazing. My chair arrived faster than i expected and upon unboxing everything, i immediately knew this was nothing less than premium from the packaging, down to the hardware quality. Now the chair itself is high quality from top to bottom. All the materials used has a premium feel, even the neck pillow. The chair is a bit on the firm side but i'm sure it will break in with time. I’ve had other chairs that were soft out of the box and flat in no time. I was having back pains recently in my old chair and that was the reason for switching to Dxracer. If you're on the fence about getting this chair, just buy it.
