I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. Assembly is simple and easy to follow thanks to the included instructions. Just follow the step-by-step instructions and you won't have any further problems. You may need a second person to put it on what I call the height adjuster.

The chair is very nice and is height adjustable for complete comfort. The armrests are also adjustable to keep them at the right height for the work table. Assembly was very easy following the instructions and it was assembled in 20 minutes.
