This chair is great, my son is a gamer on his PC for hours and this serves him very well. Easy to put to put together, cool color, nice design and comfortable!

I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. If you're looking for parts, the links can be found in the FAQ question: "If my chair's warranty has expired and I need to purchase corresponding parts, what should I do?"

It was also very easy to assemble and it included a nice Allen wrench with a t-handle to make assembly easier. I'm really happy with this new chair and I'm looking forward to using it for years to come!
