I'm a man with very large, muscular thighs. And the seat of the chair has these wings that curve inwards to contain your legs, so if you're like me and you want to spread your legs apart the wings will dig into your thighs. Unlike the seat or the back of the chair, the wings of the seat have almost no padding so you really feel the steel wings cutting in. I know it might seem like a really small thing, but it just feels like the chair was sized like shoes nowadays.
