Broke my Allen wrench trying to unscrew the arm rests. (Maybe send better quality wrenches?). Other than that the chair is very comfortable and what I expected. Good stuff!

This was for my son's birthday. I was hesitant to buy such an expensive chair but after sitting in it, it is worth the money.!! I'm thinking of getting one for myself!

Overall at the price I got the chair, I was very happy. Comfortable chair with many great functions. When I need to take a break, I may lean back on the seat's lumbar support pillow and head pillow and feel like I'm sitting in a sports vehicle.
