I can't even put to words how much I ADORE this chair!! I have suffered from severe neck and lower back pain from using standard crummy office chairs for the past 5+ years for multiple hours a day. The first moment that I opened this chair up, I knew that it was not another ordinary office chair. The lumbar and neck pillows make this chair absolutely perfect. The reclining feature is incredible, it locks so sturdy. Water resistant material as well! Highly recommend this product, you will NOT be let down.
