This new launched chair is solid for the price. My only issue is the module parts are none included and i have no idea when can i buy them.

Nothing is broken, everything still works. The chair is comfortable and looks cool. My back is not complaining at all. I think that's enough to recommend the chair.

Overall quality is good & it is packed well w/good instructions, arrived via FEDEX quickly. As a 6'3", 260lb, man who spends close to 12 hours at his computer (between work and live streaming) I have to say this is pretty comfortable.
