The chair was easy to assemble, and it's incredibly comfortable with a fantastic design! I'm really impressed with it!

I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. When it comes to an epic gaming experience, every element matters, and that includes where you plant yourself for those long gaming/work sessions. I have back and neck problems, and the adjustable lumbar support and the neck pillow are amazing. The chair was easy to put together.
