I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. I have a Racing Model chair from 2020. The Drifting lift cylinder was the replacement part I was told I needed. It works great, and following a few steps, it was easy to install. However, I do want to point out that it is a good bit taller than the original part, they do not swap out exactly.

The fact that Dxracer is still supporting parts for a 5-year-old, out of warranty chair is great! The hydraulic cylinder that I ordered came in within a few days, replacing the old one took me about 30 min with a hammer. Now my chair won't sink down randomly anymore, the leatherette holds up pretty well after 5 years, no cracking to my surpise. Will buy another chair from Dxracer again when it's time!
