Plus, It comes with a 3-year warranty, which you can extend for another 2 years, giving you a full 5 years of coverage! Customer service is responsive and genuinely helpful. Don't look further get yourself a dxracer.

The fact that Dxracer is still supporting parts for a 5-year-old, out of warranty chair is great! The hydraulic cylinder that I ordered came in within a few days, replacing the old one took me about 30 min with a hammer. Now my chair won't sink down randomly anymore, the leatherette holds up pretty well after 5 years, no cracking to my surpise. Will buy another chair from Dxracer again when it's time!

So far, I’m really digging this chair—my buddies have some, so I’m confident it’s gonna hold up for a few years. The instructions were solid, but the assembly video was a game changer since I’m more of a see-it-to-get-it kinda guy. Only hiccup was the delivery guy dropped it off at the wrong apartment building, and the box was very heavy to move.
