The chair is easily adjustable. Class-leading customer service and a great-looking and very comfy gaming chair. I cannot recommend it enough.

The delivery was incredibly fast. Premium packaging, easy to read and follow instructions and an amazing quality product. The chair itself is outstanding—honestly, the best gaming chair I’ve ever had. I can't see myself going with any other brand now; I'm even thinking about collecting more of these chairs! Overall, I’d give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it!

Packaging is top notch, and well thought out. I was pleased to learn how easy adjustment levers are to access (rock, tilt, raise-lower, lumbar support).
