I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. Exceeded expectation. The construction feels smooth and sturdy.

12/05/2016 and now 04/04/2016 the chair has been retired, never broke never had any issues, these GEN 1 dxracers were good but the cushions are flat and the fabrics are beyond stained... beer mostly, milk, food, sweat, boogies and people and friends on it. I believe that to be 7+ years out of a chair i think those years were worth the $300 spent. R.I.P. DXRACER.
