This chair was a huge step up from the standard office one I had been using for years; really comfortable and the build quality is excellent. The assembly was very easy and I have zero complaints all overall.

In terms of stitching and cutting, the quality is second to none; it looks great! I also really like the neck and back cushions; they're supportive. I love these armrests and how they work. Not only are they of superior quality, but they are also quite solid. When you tilt the backrest to the rear, it locks into place securely and provides sturdy support!
