So far it has not been damaged in any way and has no other defects. All in all, it is still almost like it was on the first day and I can only recommend buying it.

I love the brilliant and warm color. The adjustments on the lumbar and headrest are useful and comfortable .

The fact that Dxracer is still supporting parts for a 5-year-old, out of warranty chair is great! The hydraulic cylinder that I ordered came in within a few days, replacing the old one took me about 30 min with a hammer. Now my chair won't sink down randomly anymore, the leatherette holds up pretty well after 5 years, no cracking to my surpise. Will buy another chair from Dxracer again when it's time!

Really well packed. One of the most comfortable and tunable chairs I've used. The chair is reasonably strong and comfortable.
