Replaced the pivot mechanism again, due to extreme use. Fit like a glove, and fits on older chair models too!

The quality is unmatched—no creaks, squeaks, or rattles. They're incredibly comfortable to sit in all day, and I leave the office feeling as fresh as when I walked in.
