I really like this chair. It was super easy to assemble but the screw covers do tend to fall out. Very comfortable, but since i'm short I need to use a pillow behind my back for support. Overall for the price good buy though.

First off, shipping was extremely fast. I was to assemble it in less than 20 minutes because the instructions were clear, concise, and easy to follow. It feels sturdy and safe. Overall, it has amazing customer service and this chair is great value.
