Chair came quickly and came with instruction manual and the required screws. It even came with screw covers so it looks even more professional. Great chair!

Comfy, not a cushion you sink into, but is firm and holds well for hours. Love the full tilting back and the removable cushions. Downside is that if you are tall, around 6' the chair is too short.
