I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. The fully reclined position is comfortable enough to catch some sleep, and the magnetic pillow is crazy soft and plush. If you’re in front of a desk all day like me, this chair is definitely worth it.

It is both comfortable and durable. However, the delivery was slow.
