I got this product for a gift to myself. I can say that it is 100 percent better than my old chair. This is quite comfortable and I like the reclining backrest.

This is a perfect chair for my son, for his desk/gaming needs. While assembling it, although relatively straightforward, one of the castors wouldn't fit! After a half hour of trying to bang it into place, it finally went in far enough to be safe to sit on. Overall, it's a great-looking chair!
