Nice lumbar support, and a cushion that can be place behind your head or back, whichever you need! Very soft and I can adjust height and recline. Customer service was prompt and very friendly! I would definitely buy from them again!

Really nice quality chair for the money. It's very comfortable, easy to put together, and well-designed. This feels better than the office chair that I spent double the price on.
