The Ergonomics of this chair are good. You can adjust it according to your height and comfort. For the price I'd definitely recommend this!

It is comfortable and sturdy to hold me. Quality of the parts & packing, to the materials used, to the ergonomic comfort is very impressive. A couple hours in with everything else staying very comfy.
