This chair arrived very well packaged and protected. It arrived on time and without damage. It does take a minute to assemble, but the chair itself is incredibly stable and well built.

Assembly is simple and easy to follow thanks to the included instructions. Just follow the step-by-step instructions and you won't have any further problems. You may need a second person to put it on what I call the height adjuster.
