Came as described, it is very heavy duty, it is well built,only took like 15 minutes to put it together, it went together quickly, it is a comfortable chair'

Upon getting the chair, the assembly process was very simple. From my perspective, there is no cause for complaint. The initial days, weeks, and months were highly satisfactory. This chair surpasses all other (office) chairs in terms of comfort, based on my own experience.
