The chair was easy to assemble, and of a much higher build quality than I was expecting. The head rest comes up high enough to support my neck (I'm 6'2") and I find it to be a very comfortable chair.

I spent about half an hour on the assembly by myself. Everything arrived in one piece because every component was securely packed in foam. I am satisfied with my purchase. I might buy one for my office at work!

It looks great and arrived well-packaged. Very good quality. It can be lowered backward & therefore offers a comfortable sitting feeling.

This chair's built-in lumbar support, which can be adjusted to the ideal level of support with the flip of a knob, is my favorite feature. It's fantastic.
