It was so easy I think that my 5-year old grand daughter could do it with no problem. The look and feel of the chair is much better than what I anticipated. Also, the price was very reasonable.

Some people may think the armrests are too short, but for me, the highest height is more than enough for me to play games. The lumbar cushion strikes a balance between softness and firmness, and it remains fixed in position even when you change your posture.
