Assembly was done in under 20 minutes. The seat is comfortable to sit in. I have meetings all day and get up minimally during the day. My butt did not complain at all with this cushioned seat!

I really like that the armrests can be adjusted in angle. Even though I've only had the chair for two weeks, it looks strong and well put together.
