My parents purchased the chair for me last month as a gift, and I absolutely love it! The lumbar support is phenomenal. Also, the seat has more give to it than the expensive office chair I previously used.

Overall, I'm very happy with it. It's roomy enough for me, but the neck and back support are not ideally positioned, at least for my height.

I have a Racing Model chair from 2020. The Drifting lift cylinder was the replacement part I was told I needed. It works great, and following a few steps, it was easy to install. However, I do want to point out that it is a good bit taller than the original part, they do not swap out exactly.
