I went with DXRacer chairs because of their reputation for great customer support and the comfort of the chair. When an issue came up that wasn’t covered by the warranty, they quickly responded and helped me out, which just reinforced why I chose them in the first place.

Honestly, DXRacer has been amazing! The chair is so comfortable, It’s perfect for both working from home and gaming. It arrived in perfect condition, and I’m seriously 100% happy with it. The setup was super easy thanks to clear instructions. I had a small issue with the delivery, but their customer service was super easy to reach and really helped me out. All in all, amazing product and great support. Totally recommend it!
