At first the seat was kind of hard and uncomfortable. After some time, it softened up and became very comfortable. I definitely recommend this chair.

The fact that Dxracer is still supporting parts for a 5-year-old, out of warranty chair is great! The hydraulic cylinder that I ordered came in within a few days, replacing the old one took me about 30 min with a hammer. Now my chair won't sink down randomly anymore, the leatherette holds up pretty well after 5 years, no cracking to my surpise. Will buy another chair from Dxracer again when it's time!

The nicest part of this chair, in my opinion, is the lumbar support and adjustable headrest.
