Lumbar support is nice and definitely needed to be comfortable long term. It's a soft felt material and feels high quality. Bottomline it's a great chair for the price. I'm very happy with it.

The height and tension adjusting on the chair works great, I found the exact perfect spot for someone my height and haven't had to adjust either of these since, very happy with this! The armrests are incredibly durable.
