The deliver was very fast. The assemble was very simple. The total installation time was about 15 minutes. I was impressed on how comfortable the chair was. I love that you can lean back.

First off, shipping was extremely fast. I was to assemble it in less than 20 minutes because the instructions were clear, concise, and easy to follow. It feels sturdy and safe. Overall, it has amazing customer service and this chair is great value.

This is a perfect chair for my son, for his desk/gaming needs. While assembling it, although relatively straightforward, one of the castors wouldn't fit! After a half hour of trying to bang it into place, it finally went in far enough to be safe to sit on. Overall, it's a great-looking chair!
