The back pillows and overall support are really helping my back since I do sit for long periods. It's so nice to be able to recline when I'm just watching something long.

Nothing is broken, everything still works. The chair is comfortable and looks cool. My back is not complaining at all. I think that's enough to recommend the chair.

The chair is pretty comfortable, especially with the 4d lumbar support on it.
