The lumbar cushion is very comfortable and useful. You definitely avoid getting bad lumbar pain thanks to this.

This new chair is amazing. I can easily adjust the height of the armrests. The cushions are nice and firm. The reclining of the chair works well. The moment I sat I felt relief already.

It was very easy to assemble and took me 20 minutes. You can do it on your own, but it's quicker and easier with two people (the backrest weighs quite a bit and the other individual parts aren't exactly light either).
