Very comfortable coming from a traditional office chair. Lean back feature is amazing. Lumbar and head pillows are consistent tot he chair. Overall good buy.

This new chair is amazing. I can easily adjust the height of the armrests. The cushions are nice and firm. The reclining of the chair works well. The moment I sat I felt relief already.
