For someone with back pain I haven't had any issues with it whatsoever. Overall chair is exactly what I wanted and would definitely recommend.

It's an armchair, it's very comfortable. It is possible to sit for several hours. I sit for at least 8 hours a day, and at the end of the day I have no back pain;
