This chair is extremely sturdy and well-built. The leatherette is great and easy to clean. I am very happy with it.

I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. Because the armrests are pre-assembled and because most of the screws are already in the right place, assembly was a breeze. What this implies is that you may quickly position the part to be attached, loosen the screws, and then screw it back on. The assembly is, overall, quite easy.
