My back has hurt way less since getting it and I love the adjustable pillows. It's nice to recline in and feels sturdy. The seat is wide enough that I can cross my legs.

Upon getting the chair, the assembly process was very simple. From my perspective, there is no cause for complaint. The initial days, weeks, and months were highly satisfactory. This chair surpasses all other (office) chairs in terms of comfort, based on my own experience.

I've bought two DXRacer chairs now, and both times the shipping was insanely fast—my first one showed up in a day, and the second only took two. These are by far the most comfortable gaming chairs I've had, and they keep getting better with more color and design options. Plus, I really like the lumbar support pillow that came with it.
