I had no problems with the assembly, all bolts and screws lined up perfectly. I have to say it is THE best office chair that I have ever purchased.

My kids have been using these chairs for awhile now and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised how nice they are. I really don't have anything bad to say about these chairs. For the price, they are definitely a great bargain.

Comfy, not a cushion you sink into, but is firm and holds well for hours. Love the full tilting back and the removable cushions. Downside is that if you are tall, around 6' the chair is too short.
