This new chair is amazing. I can easily adjust the height of the armrests. The cushions are nice and firm. The reclining of the chair works well. The moment I sat I felt relief already.

I don't even need a back pillow(still ordered one though it was cute). This chair has quality. Real true quality, it was made with real humans in mind of all sizes and shapes.
