The arm rests are 4D adjustable, so you can move the arms rests up, down, side to side or forward and backward. This is a great gaming chair with an amazing value.

It's been around a month since I've purchased this chair, and it's both extremely comfortable as well as ergonomic. My back used to have a lot of pain from sitting and playing a lot of games, my old chair had no support for my neck or my lower back. If you find yourself sitting for more than 2 hours at a time to play games I would recommend DX racer chairs in a heartbeat.

Two months ago I finally bought this chair and have to say: "I'm impressed." It's the BEST chair I've ever sat on. Even my back pain has improved or (almost) disappeared.
