Very comfortable for me. I'm around 5'9 and it fits me perfectly. The headrest is the perfect height, the lumbar pillow helps my screwed up back, and the arm rests are adjustable to where I can perfectly relax.

This chair is is quite nice. It feels very solid compared to the cheaper chairs I've tried, and I don't feel like it's straining if I lean backwards.
